A fabric hanging banner is a textile structure that hangs from the ceiling above your stand, in a circular or trapezoid shape, with full-colour graphics printed and included. It lets visitors spot your space from anywhere in the hall.

Full-colour printing included
The price of each configuration includes printing across the whole surface, on one or two sides depending on the option. You can also order the structure only.
From a single unit
You don't need to order several pieces: you can buy from one unit. The minimum order is kr 13,620 excl. VAT, and you can make it up by combining with other displays.
Where and for whom a hanging banner makes sense
A hanging banner is designed for trade fairs and conferences: it is suspended from the ceiling above the stand and marks your position within the hall. It is especially useful on open or island stands, where the walls alone are not enough to identify your brand.
It also works in showrooms, product launches and company events held in warehouses or spaces with high ceilings. Before ordering, check with the organiser or the venue whether hanging items is allowed and at which points.
Material, assembly, transport and printing
These are textile systems: the printed fabric is fitted onto a structure that hangs from the ceiling. There are circular formats, such as the adUp Vario Ringfloat, and trapezoid ones, such as the adUp Vario Trapfloat, in Essential, Plus and Premium ranges.
Your artwork is set up on the print template for each size, a 1:1 scale PDF you can download from the product page. Before printing we check the file's dimensions, resolution and safe zone, and if the print comes out faulty it is reprinted at no cost. Delivery to the whole European Union is tracked and free of customs.
How to choose a hanging banner
- Shape
- The circular format looks the same from every side of the stand; the trapezoid gives a different silhouette. Choose according to the stand layout and the direction visitors approach from.
- One or two sides
- Each configuration is printed on one or two sides. If the banner will be seen from inside and outside, or from both sides, two-sided printing makes use of the whole surface.
- Range
- There are Essential, Plus and Premium ranges. Compare what each one includes on the product page before requesting a quote.
- Structure with or without printing
- If you already have the structure, you can order a replacement print only; if it's your first time, the full configuration includes structure and printing.
