How much does a custom cap cost?
Price per unit with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. It comes down as quantities rise because the setup for embroidery, transfer or patches is spread across more units.

When a cap is being handed out in volume, the key is keeping the cost per unit under control while making sure the logo is easy to spot. Lightweight 5-panel caps and trucker styles in this range work well for summer campaigns, street marketing and events, with simple embroidery, screen printing or transfer depending on the fabric.
The usual mistake is trying to fill the whole front panel. On a cap, a small logo gets worn more and distorts the panel less. If your brand uses gradients or very fine lettering, a patch or transfer is better; and on dark fabric, use contrasting thread or ink.

For a team cap people will genuinely wear outside the office, look for cotton twill with a bit of structure, a reinforced front panel and a comfortable fastening. In this range, 5-panel and 6-panel styles work well for welcome packs, internal campaigns and kits with a T-shirt or hoodie.
Flat embroidery is the safe option: it stands up well to washing and keeps a smart, understated finish. If the logo goes on the front, keep it within a width of 6 to 10 cm; any larger and the curve of the panel starts to force it, so the cap loses that proper casual look.

When the cap needs to feel like a chosen garment rather than a giveaway, the fabric, fit and logo finish all matter more. The caps in this range, including recycled cotton and technical fabric options, work well for sales teams, brand campaigns and summer gifts with fine embroidery, 3D embroidery or a patch.
If you want 3D embroidery, keep it for bold typefaces and simple shapes: fine detail gets lost. For a result people will happily wear outside work, tone on tone works especially well, using thread in the same colour as the cap or only a very subtle contrast.

The minimum order per quote is kr 13,680 excluding VAT, and you can mix models to get there: the trucker cap for the event and the cotton cap for the team can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; 3D embroidery, a patch or a second branding position are adjusted in the quote.
