Branded computer accessories: what they cost and how to choose
A computer accessory with your logo costs from kr 130 per unit, with branding included. With branded office accessories, the same item will not suit a trade show, a home-working kit or a desk with several peripherals: compatibility, branding area and day-to-day use all change. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common use cases with products from the catalogue, and what is worth checking before you order.
How much do branded computer accessories cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. The price comes down as quantities rise because the branding set-up is spread across more units.

For trade shows, travel and wide distribution
When the priority is reaching lots of people, small, flat accessories tend to work best, such as branded webcam covers or basic mouse mats. They are easy to hand out, take up little space and suit pad printing or UV printing so your logo stays clear in a simple branding area.
On webcam covers, the branding area is small, so a symbol or a few letters often works better than the full logo. If the accessory will touch the screen or computer, it is worth ordering samples to check thickness, adhesive and fit before you confirm.

For a welcome pack or a home workstation, look for branded desk accessories that keep the desk tidy and get used every day. A recycled fabric tech organiser, a desk mat or a phone stand gives you a larger branding area and works well with transfer or UV printing depending on the material.
The usual mistake here is choosing the finish first and the real use second. If it is going inside a pack, pair the organiser with a branded wireless charger or a branded phone stand, and check that the size fits the backpack or the desk at home.

When the accessory needs to stay on the desk of someone who connects peripherals and a screen every day, move up to recycled aluminium or bamboo hubs, including models with HDMI. The finish suits laser engraving and the benefit is obvious from day one, especially with laptops that have very few ports.
Do not choose material ahead of compatibility. Check the input, output ports, speed and whether the laptop charges through the hub; if it will be connected to company equipment, the safest option is to test a sample before approving the branding.

Minimum order and artwork
The minimum order is kr 13,680 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a hub for the team, a webcam cover and a cable organiser can all go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; a different technique or position is adjusted in the quote.
Upload your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free life-size mock-up: you only pay when you approve it. The lead time is shown on each product page, and for accessories that connect to a computer you can order samples before confirming.
